PAYMENT TERMS

The payment terms offered by La Urbana are:

  • CREDIT CARD
  • PAYPAL
  • WIRE TRANSFER

If you choose Wire Transfer, you have 7 days to order it and send a copy to laurbanabike@laurbana.com indicating name and order number. In case we do not receive any confirmation of the bank transfer, the order wil be cancelled.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

    • Free shipping for orders above 100€
    • For orders below 100€ the cost is 8,00€
    • Maximum delivery time for items in stock is 5 working days. It is possible to request an urgent shipping, applying a small surcharge. Please contact us in case you are interested.
    • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: for orders below 100€ the cost is 14,00€. For orders above 100€ the cost is 7,00€.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At the moment the courier picks up your order, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking link for you to follow your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In the case you decide to cancel your order once you have made and paid it, please contact us as soon as possible trough our mail laurbanabike@laurbana.com. If the order has already been processed and shipped. unfortunately it can not be cancelled. Please see our Return Policy for this situation.

CLAIMS

Please check the package condition at the moment you receive it. In case you find anything strange, please write it down on the courier delivery note. Please indicate any sign of mistreatment of the goods, deterioration of the packing or similar. We will claim to the transport company even if the goods are in good condition.

Please note that we have 24 hours from the receipt of the order for making any claim for incidence to the courier. Beyond those  24 hours, neither the courier nor La Urbana Bike can assume responsibility for any incidence during transport, so the customer would have to assume the loss or costs that may occur.

RETURNS

In case you are not completely satisfied when you receve your order, La Urbana Bike will be happy to admit a refund or a change.

  1. In case of a defective item, if it is not what you chose or not fulfill the conditions specifies in the product sheet at our on-line store, you have six working days to ask for a refund. Contact us with details on the order and send it back to our address. Once we check that it is in perfect condition, with all labels and original packing and boxes, and not being used, we will proceed to the refund. We will send the ordered item as soon as possible. In case it is not possible, we will refund all your money, assuming every administration and transport cost.
  2. In case you did not choose the right size, you have six working days from the receipt for asking for a size change and sending back the package to our address. Once we check that the item has not been used and is in perfect condition, with original box, package and labels, we will proceed to send the required size without extra cost.
  3. In case you simply want to return the order, you have six working days from the receipt for asking for a return and sending back the package to our address. Once we check that the item has not been used and is in perfect condition, with original box, package and labels, we will proceed to refund your money. Unfortunately, in this case we will have to charge the shipping costs.
